~Theories~
So, it appears that Lionblaze finally reavealed his feelings for Cinderheart. Will CinderxLion still happen? I'm pretty sure it will. I believe that Cinderheart will realize that Lionblaze is still the same.
CinderxLion haters will be crossing their fingers now, and there's nothing to do but wait for more on this!

DOVEPAW and TIGERHEART and IVYPAW

Dovepaw seems to have lost her trust in Tigerheart.

Pain seared Dovepaw's heart. He doesn't really love me! He was just using me, and now he's using Ivypaw!

~Theories~
If you remembered Kate's Comment on Tigerheart at the chat which I posted on this blog previously, you will remember that she did not like him and called him something along the lines of "two-faced"
It appears that young Dovepaw has realized that. Tigerheart seems to be toying with both Dovepaw and Ivypaw! To think I liked him before!

FLAMETAIL'S Possible DEATH

Many quotes are suggesting that Flametail dies. Is he the cat that may be lost forever in the book jacket summary?

"Have you seen Tigerheart?" "He's sitting vigil for Flametail." she mewed. "He may not...

Vigil for Flametail??? Oh no!

What caused Flametail's death? I have found evidence of him possibly drowning.

Flametail felt numbness spread through his body. He let his paws grow still, allowed the water to cradle him. Such quiet. Such calm. Suddenly the water started to churn. Flecks of ice and bubbles floated around him. He saw silky gray fur wafting near him. Jayfeather? Had the ThunderClan medicine cat fallen in, too? It's quiet here. He wanted to reassure his fellow medicine cat that everything was okay. "Don't fight it."

There is still hope that Flametail might not be dead:

"Is he dead?" "His body has not been found." Firestar glanced toward the medicine den. "Jayfeather tried to save him, but Flametail was too heavy."

Flametail's body was not found! Another mysterious Hollyleaf moment...

I can't wait until Night Whispers is finally published! More to come soon!

The New Blurb of Night Whispers!

This was the "official" blurb posted on Harpercollins, and it is a little bit different than what was previously posted here.

The deadly battle between ThunderClan and ShadowClan is over, but the aftermath still echoes around all four Clans. As Dovepaw grapples with the knowledge that there are realms—and cats—her senses cannot reach, Jayfeather and Lionblaze are determined to figure out how StarClan could have allowed this fight to happen. Jayfeather soon finds the answer in the darkest of places, and he and Lionblaze prepare to do whatever they can to staunch the flow of evil into ThunderClan.



The ties that bind the Clans are slowly breaking in the face of the greatest threat that the warriors—and the warrior code—have ever known. As leaf-bare closes its grip upon the territories, Jayfeather, Lionblaze, and Dovepaw realize just how close the battle is, and how far they are from being able to succeed. And before the prey can run again, one more cat will be lost to the fight.

So, I personally think this blurb is better than the other one. One more cat will be lost to the fight...hmm... not very surprising, but it intrigues my curiousity. Dovepaw's senses can't reach some realms and cats. The Dark Forests and what the cats do there? It appears that Lionblaze, Jayfeather and Dovepaw are apparently losing the battle in this book, but we know they're going to win eventually... but how?

I have been digging, and I have found some information... that appears... true. Is it? There isn't any real proof, but I shall share it, and maybe things will be clearer!

Quotes From Night Whispers

"Why did you tell her?" Jayfeather demanded, glaring at Dovepaw.
"I-I..." Dovepaw stammered, shuffling her paws in the dirt. "I just didn't want my sister to hate me!"
"Well, you could have at least asked us first," Lionblaze looked just as angry as he glared down at the cowering apprentice.
"Well, I'm sorry, but if you were hiding a secret from your best friend, and it tore you two apart, I bet you wouldn't hesitate to tell them!" Dovepaw snorted, standing up to her mentor with unconcealed dignity.

"Dovepaw, she said that she was part of this prophecy and-"
"Silence!" Hawkfrost cut her off with a snarl. "I can't believe you would make up such nonsense! I though I'd expect better of you since you're my apprentice, but I guessed wrong." Hawkfrost turned around and padded away, sneering and looking back one last time before he vanished into the shadowy forest.
"Hawkfrost, wait!" Ivypaw ran after him. "I promise I'll be better, please!"

Well, that's what I found! There wasn't any proof, but it sounds convincing, doesn't it?
